We’re looking for a Project Manager with exceptional communication and organizational skills, knowledge and team player to join our estimation team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the project from start to finish
- Effectively communicate and coordinate the entire project, from design, fabrication and installation
- Work closely with General Road Super and Installation team to complete the project on-time and on budget
- Ensure general contractors and or customer requirements are met in a timely fashion and as per project schedules
- Attend site visits, attend meetings on-site or online.
- Review all site works and conditions, ensure installation is coordinated efficiently and installation meets code requirements
- Prepare quotation for labor and material for all change notices
- Provide equipment shop drawings and closeout documents
- Develop schedule of values for monthly billing draws
- Work closely with customers and build strong relationships

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Technology or work experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in sprinkler industry
- Knowledge in the fire sprinkler industry codes and standards (OBC & NFPA)
- Knowledge in fire protection products, materials and fire pumps.
- Computer skill knowledge with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Possess a valid driver’s license

**Salary**: Competitive and negotiated based on experience.

Vehicle Compensation

**Salary**: $1.00 per year
