**Job Requirements**
- Help customers using zoom, facetime, over the phone or in person
- Serve as data entry customer service professional inputting order information, pricing, product information, shipments, and catalog requests.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Work alongside members of the Customer Service team to streamline the data entry process.
- Use the proper ERP systems and processes throughout our different brandings to complete entries.
**What You Should Have**
- A desire to start your career in a fast-paced growing company.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify ways to best serve our customers, including the ability to evaluate processes and propose improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
