**Novarc Technologies** is looking for a **Robot Reliability Engineer/QA Tester **to join our growing team and support the development of our never-before-seen welding cobots.

**Who we are**:
As a **Robot Reliability Engineer** you will support the software and engineering department in the development of quality software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all facets of the QA life cycle - Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases/Scripts and Defect life-cycle management
- Review functional requirements and technical designs to create test plans and detailed test cases
- Analyzing the system and ensuring the test strategy is aligned with the requirements of the development process
- Collaborating with development and engineering team for the purpose of developing effective test plans and strategies
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs as soon as they arise
- Creating logs for documenting the testing phases and defects
- Working with cross-functional teams for ensuring quality throughout the SDLC
- Perform Web, API, UI, functional, integration, regression, smoke, black box, performance and end-to-end testing;
**Basic qualifications**:

- 3+ years of software QA experience
- Min. 1 year of manual QA testing experience
- Min. 3 years of automation QA testing
- Expert in designing, preparing and executing test plans, test cases
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for details
- An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
- Experience with JIRA/confluence or other project management, issue-tracking, or bug-tracking tools
- Familiarity with agile frameworks
- Experience with manufacturing and/or robotics industry environment will be a plus.
