Fox Hollow Retirement Residence looking for a unique, passionate person to temporarily join our team in the very vital role of Food Service Supervisor. This temporary position is for a six month leave.
About you:
You have your Red Seal Certification and hold a diploma in Food and Beverage Management/Hospitality.
You work well in a fast paced environment and have exceptional time management skills
You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in the role of Food Services Supervisor.
You are budget savvy, have extensive knowledge with respect to all legislation, computer knowledge, and are solutionist.
You love what you do, both a leader and as a hands on Chef. You enjoy coaching and mentoring your staff.
You have experience in menu planning and take pride in preparing a variety of meals that are delicious and nutritious.
You are able to work flexible hours, as might sometimes be required to support the team.
You have received at least 2 doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
