**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Support bartending activities as needed, including preparing beverages and maintaining bar cleanliness.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.

**Skills**
- Experience in food preparation or the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A background in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
