**Here is what you will do**
VitalAire Canada is currently recruiting for a full-time permanent **National Scheduler Team Lead** based out of our **Mississauga, ON **office.
The incumbent will give direction and support for the planning, coordination and scheduling of visits by the national scheduling team in their region for Clinical Consultants, Client Service Technicians and Service Delivery Representatives.
This incumbent will also educate and drive consistency with the scheduling team to carry out the most efficient and optimized planning to service the home healthcare and med gas clients on a day to day operation.
- Issues in the region are first escalated from a national scheduler, to the team lead, to evaluate and assess the best course of action.
- Review Salesforce reporting to confirm dispatched appointments with patients are completed timely and coach each national scheduler when there are deficiencies.
- Train the national scheduling team members how to schedule and optimize the sequence of appointments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness are maintained.
- Troubleshooting geographical zones/routes with the logistics supervisor / managers in the region to decrease mileage and costs, without impacting the service level to the clients.
- Plan and organize resources for coverage and support the team. As backup for the national scheduling team, they will schedule appointments and follow up visits with patients and communicate details to the field service agents (Clinical Consultants, Client Service Technicians, Service Delivery Representatives).
- Solve complex scheduling tasks in salesforce, fill gaps for the next day dispatching orders and review booking issues. Escalate technical/clinical challenges to inside clinical consultant/Manager
- Generate KPI and review trending data and make changes accordingly, monitor working queue for scheduling status, and review results with key stakeholders
- Address scheduling problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions to area/branch managers.
- Review the end of day SA/Cases queues are completed on a timely manner
**Here is what you will need**
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a dispatcher/scheduler role using a digital portal
- A college/university diploma/degree in a related field, or combination education and experience
- Good understanding of salesforce is an asset
- Excellent computer literacy with Gmail and Google Applications
