Barrington Wealth Partners Inc. is looking to hire a part-time receptionist. Barrington Wealth is an Insurance Company located in Lower Sackville with a very friendly and fast paced work environment.

Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm with a half hour for lunch.

**Duties**:

- High volume of daily mail, scanning, uploading and filing
- Maintaining office inventory
- Reporting to the manager and providing team support as needed. We work in a constantly evolving setting and additional duties will be assigned as needed.
- Handling daily faxes
- Light cleaning of common areas

**Skills**:

- Strong people skills - you must be resourceful, decisive and hold yourself accountable for our customer’s experience.
- Team player - you are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships
- Responsiveness - you have the ability to prioritize and commit to agreed upon time frames.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Details: We are currently offering a 12 month contract, with possibility to renew.

Start Date: June 1, 2025 or as soon as possible

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lower Sackville, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
