Billing Clerk

The main responsibility of the Billing Clerk is to audit all orders for accuracy including but not limited to;correct billing entity/address, charges, interliner payables, refrence numbers required and processing driver pay. It is imperative that the individual have an eye for detail and the ability to problem solve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify orders in TMW System for complete accuracy prior to invoicing
- Confirming proof of delivery is accurate and legible prior to invoicing
- IP charges are entered
- Calculating Driver Pay
- Meet invoicing parameters; delivered to customer within 2 days of delivery
- Scanning/Imaging
- Duties as assigned

Data entry capable

Detail oriented

Numerically inclined

Effective communicator ;both written and verbal(English)

Customer Service focused

Ability to multi task

Self motivator

MS office(Excel, word & outlook)proficiency

**Knowledge and Experience**

CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

1 year to less than 2 years

Transportation industry experience an asset ,but not mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
