Job Title: Office 365 migration PM/Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
Interfacing and engaging with engineering teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology
Strategizing, planning, and developing a holistic approach for large-scale technology implementations
Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects
Dissemination of knowledge, procedures, and documentation for products and projects
Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs
Prepare and deliver executive level reporting and project overviews

**Required Skills**:
Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.) Ability to create and present Executive level PowerPoint presentations
Create and present status reporting and project metrics
Proven experience managing projects/programs, with a focus on driving operational process change and improvements
Must be organized, innovative, and able to self-motivate
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines with attention to detail
Strategic and creative mindset
Jira and Kanban board experience (Agile) Knowledge & Experience
3 years of experience leading and executing complex projects with a focus on company integrations
3 years of experience managing/ expansions, new deployments of LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, etc.
Strong Project Management experience, PMI
Agile Certified Practitioner or other PM certifications preferred
Experience in running projects using Agile principles
Strong knowledge of Office365 and Office365 migrations is highly desired
Strong written and verbal communications
Basic understanding of network cabling and telephony systems.
Understanding Mac OS is a plus

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)
- Office 365 migration: 3 years (required)
