**Office 365/Azure Administrator**

As an Office 365/Azure Administrator, you will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Azure VMs, Azure Storage, and more. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with other IT staff and end-users to ensure optimal performance and security of our cloud environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate for the implantation of technical projects
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure endpoint, network and cloud security.
- Onboard new users in our systems
- Provide timely response to user issues and escalation
- Resolving incidents impacting Microsoft Infrastructure and Office 365 environment
- Investigating & troubleshooting root causes via problem management
- Manage enterprise directory services and supporting Microsoft infrastructure
- Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating environments
- Recommend and execute modifications to Cloud environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation

**Your qualifications**:

- Proficiency in different Cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- A minimum of five years of related experience managing users in Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Active Directory
- A minimum of five years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring Office 365 solutions
- 5+ years of technical experience with Server infrastructure
- Minimum DEC/College Degree (bachelor’s degree an asset)
- Good Knowledge of Windows server Infrastructure
- Good Knowledge of Active Directory
- Good Knowledge of O365 - Azure
- Good Knowledge of Intune - Autopilot - Defender

- Proven analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to conduct research into server issues and products as required
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
