Creative Outdoor Advertising, a leader in outdoor signage for 40 years, is looking for an extremely motivated full-time **District Sales Manager for Brampton, Ontario** to sell advertising on bus shelters and benches to local businesses.

**Compensation**

Our pay structure is competitive and performance-driven. We offer a minimum guaranteed salary of $50,000 for the first 12 months while getting established in the role, with the built-in incentive to earn more with commissions. Expected first-year earnings are $60,000-$75,000 with room to increase. A successful sales rep will bring in long-term earnings of $100,000+ by their second to third year and there is the opportunity for continued growth.

**Position Overview**

**Territory**

We are offering two sales roles in Brampton with their own respective territories and areas:

- **Churchville, Mount Pleasant, Northwood Park, Ridge Hill, and Huttonville**:

- **Bramalea, Deerfield, Woodhill, Mayfield, and Frasers Corners**

Knowledge of the area and territory along with the local businesses in it would be an asset.
- Willingness to use our low-key, low-pressure sales approach, and follow proven sales techniques
- Ability to learn new software like Salesforce, Google Maps, and other internet-based tools
- Outstanding communication skills (English & Punjabi) and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, charismatic, self-motivated, and hard-working
- Lives in Brampton, Ontario with access to local unit locations
- Valid Driver’s License and ownership of an insured vehicle
- Someone who is looking for a career - not just a job
- Advanced computer and technology skills
- Fluency in Punjabi is a noted asset
