Branch Clerk

This position is for a **Tuesday to Saturday** shift schedule and can be domiciled at either our Kelowna or Prince George Terminal**.**

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma; courses in Business Administration or a related field, with one (1) years’ experience in an office environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Freight Industry experience preferred.
- Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the geography of British Columbia.
- Intermediate level use of Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Advanced level typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team; collaborating with others to achieve goals and objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Positive attitude that communicates job related issues with a constructive, problem solving approach.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in order to be effective in requesting and delivering information.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and be attentive to details.
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required.
