- Oversee the daily preparation of ingredients and ensure the timely execution of

catering orders - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including

proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Manage inventory, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring they are clean,

organized, and in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role in a kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to

detail; ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Additional pay:
