**1.0 General**:
This position works closely and reports to the Sr. Director of Business and Production Services - Creative Content. The function of the position is to act as the main support for all accounting/finance, scheduling, and communication with Broadcast Networks and other projects as needed. This role monitors and ensures that administrative, operational and production finance processes and standards are followed. Strong communication and people skills are required.

**2.0 Specific Responsibilities**:

- Meet Production timelines with all contracts, invoices and purchase orders.
- Obtain proper approvals for quotes, invoices, and purchase orders to support high volume of projects.
- Open Purchase Orders and invoices in SAP for all costs associated with Creative Content Team on a high volume of projects. Follow up as required.
- Generate reports and production summaries as requested.
- Clearance Process - Oversee three-tiered Network and ASC Clearance process, compile and communicate summaries and results. Follow up as required with all partners.
- Trafficking - Work with media partners to send all final approved content to appropriate channels to meet deadlines.
- Assist in setting up dockets for producers, creating ISCI codes, managing deliverables.
- Perform special projects as requested.
- Store and organize all creative, admin and documents pertaining to each production.
- Set up New Vendors, MSAs and all NDA documentation.
- Maintain organized file system.

Pay: From $69,000.00 per year
