**Job Title**: Conversion Copywriter
**Salary Range**: $70,000- $80,000 depending on experience

**About the Position**:
Wise Publishing is growing We're searching for a talented and strategic Conversion Copywriter to join our Content Monetization team. If you have a flair for persuasive writing, a passion for personal finance, and a knack for turning readers into action-takers, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our articles, landers, and sponsored content, combining editorial and commercial elements into compelling calls to action and boosting reader engagement. You’ll achieve this by:

- Integrating conversion-driven elements into personal finance content.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and occasionally with external partners and clients to ensure content meets strategic goals.

**Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)**:

- Write and edit ‘hybrid’ articles daily, incorporating commercial insights into editorial content.
- Develop and optimize landing pages to promote affiliate links and conversion paths.
- Craft and revise sponsored content, ensuring it aligns with brand requirements and meets the interests of our readers.
- Engage in a learning culture by sharing your knowledge and insights with our junior writers and collaborating across departments to refine content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in personal finance and conversion copy to ensure our strategies and content remain cutting-edge.
- Additional tasks, as required.

**Qualifications (Who You Are)**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, is nice to have.
- Proven experience in conversion copywriting, ideally within the personal finance sector or a demonstrated interest in personal finance.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to persuade and engage a diverse audience.
- Foundational Knowledge of analytics and conversion optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with CMS tools and learning agility for new tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of affiliate marketing such as sponsored content.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build trust with external stakeholders.
