Csr (Customer Service Representative)

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Process policy changes on BMS and on company portals
- support clients during the claims process

**Experience**:

- Must be RIBO licenced and have at least 2 years brokerage experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately input customer information into the system.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Knowledge of SIG an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
