Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
**In this role, you will**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects across Formulations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and resources are aligned.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
- Supervise clerical staff to ensure project documentation is accurate and timely.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support broader technical strategies.

**You have**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent industry experience.
- 6-8 years of technical project management experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, SharePoint, and familiarity with ERP/QMS systems.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
