**Who you are**:
You are a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Platform Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our ML platform and guiding the team to deliver high-quality results. Reporting to the Chief Data Scientist, you will be working closely with the data science and engineering teams to ensure that our platform is scalable, efficient, and reliable.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the development of our machine learning platform and ensure that it meets the needs of our digital olfaction technology.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for data analysis and model training.
- Collaborate with the data science and engineering teams to ensure that our machine learning platform is scalable, efficient, and reliable.
- Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement best practices for data collection, processing, and analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of our machine learning models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering successful machine learning projects.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data analysis.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of data scientists and engineers.
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++/C#.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus.
