Job Description:
Reporting to the Power Platform Owner of the client’s organization, the Power Platform Adoption
Specialist will build the capability of “certified” Citizen developers and contribute to the awareness and
growth of Power Platform within the organization. These activities will help new end-users understand
the options available to them within the Power Platform and learn how to create value out of these
technologies. The Specialist must be working 100% on-site at the Montreal office and be able to travel
and work at the Sorel site in Quebec, Canada. The person must be bilingual in French and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the on-boarding process of new Power Platform Makers
- Identify, collect, develop and advertise Power Platform training material
- Find and nurture champions within the organization Power Platform community
- Provide coaching to Power Platform end-users
- Grow and nurture the Power Platform Yammer community
- Share and praise Power Platform success stories
- Promote the reusability of helpful business solutions
- Organize internal or external training or workshops for Power Platform users
- Communicate and advertise the Power Platform strategy, standards and best practices across

the organization
- Offer Power Platform Solutions envisioning Workshops
- Communicate the status of potential platform issues

Skills & competencies required:

- Strong Communication Level
- Proficient at building apps using MS PowerApps and Dataverse
- Understand Power Platform Best Practices
- Understand Power Apps Power Fx syntax
- Understand Power Platform environment administration
- Experience using MS Power Automate or similar robotic process automation solutions.
- Have a good understanding M365 Applications.
- Background using ETL/ELT, data warehouse and other BI tools is a plus.
- Understands programming languages such as.Net, C# (optional)
- Able to query data using REST APIs (optional)
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, NLP solutions deployed in MS Azure.

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
