Looking for a friendly team player with great interpersonal skills to help with front desk and back end duties as needed. Pembina Trails Dental Clinic is an established dental clinic on Pembina Hwy. We are newly renovated and ready to invite an eager team member.
**No previous dental experience is required, as **WE WILL PROVIDE ON THE JOB TRAINING** to the right individual.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Help with front desk duties including phone calls, booking appointments, organizing charts, etc.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Perform dental documentation
- Update and maintain patient records using Maxident software (will provide training on site)
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills and experience
**Hours**:
Mondays 12-8
Tuesday-Friday 9-5
Pay: $15.30-$20.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
