**Job Description:Dental Clinic Administrator FT or PT**
**Salary: Range according to years of experience in applicable field**
**$15- 29 hourly Registered/Certified Dental Assistant, based on qualifications and experience**
**No experience required, free unpaid training provided**
- Clear criminal background check and child abuse registry
- Active Health Care provider CPR
- Productively schedule appointments
- Acknowledge and check in patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and frequencies per patient or family. Call insurance company for breakdown of benefits and enter in
- Ensure patients have a positive appointment, verify treatment completed, enter treatment into the computer, send insurance claims, collect necessary payments, send predeterminations with necessary documents and ensure financial agreements have been agreed upon between patient and provider, and book appropriate future appointments with correct provider. Inform patient if their insurance maximum has been reached or is close and if a service provided will not be covered
- General understanding of methodology of how dental services are billed
- Upon check in, summary of visit and costs should be confirmed and verified, billings method; insurance if applicable and co-pay
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $17.00-$29.00 per hour
