**_Description: _**

**_Duties and Responsibilities: _**
- Respond to alarm calls and conduct scheduled site patrols for clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to, investigate, and report incidents to Supervisor and Account Manager as required.
- Maintain the quality of written incident reports; descriptive and detailed, be concise in your writing, and include relevant information.
- Keep a detailed log of completed, current, and upcoming tasks. Completing shift summaries with that information, and anything that requires the attention of the upper management.
- Learn job duties and responsibilities of different sites & cover them in the event of emergencies.
- Support the on-site security guards when necessary. Provide guard orientation, site briefing, and training.
- Work cohesively with PWM staff to ensure quality and professionalism in the guard force.
- Be on call and willing to come in every second week for any emergency operational needs.
- Reporting to Operations Support Team for any supply, training & fleet needs.
- Ensure that PWM mobile vehicles and equipment are well maintained and in operational condition at all times.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

- **You must possess a current Alberta Security License**:

- **You must possess a valid Class 5 Non-GDL driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract**:

- **You must be at least 25 yrs of age for company auto insurance**:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and comprehensive report writing ability
- The ability to multitask is an asset
- Demonstrates the professional ability to lead employees while being able to think on a new and creative level inspiring positive change and service deliver

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
