**Your Mission**

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Automation Specialist who wants to own and manage our marketing automation platform (Pardot) and fully leverage all its capabilities. Working closely within the Marketing team and with the Sales Operations team, this role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through Pardot and Salesforce.

Here’s how you describe yourself: You have a strong foundation in marketing automation and live to identify and champion new automation opportunities. You create, implement, and improve on best practices-continually enhancing the precision and focus of digital communications, delighting our leads and customers. You are creatively technical, organized, results driven, and have strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering the right marketing message at the right time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and present new automation opportunities, as well as develop, evaluate, and improve Engagement Studio campaigns across all partner and customer stakeholder groups
- Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
- Gather, analyze, and report on campaign performance, subsequently recommending changes needed to further nurture demand and increase customer success and retention
- Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years marketing automation experience
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot/marketing automation platform
- Able to take ownership of the automation function and proactively champion new automation opportunities
- Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Strong independent project management skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under mínimal supervision
- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail

**Schedule**

Must be able to work 1 day a week in our Kitchener office.
