**Winter Parking Attendant PK2025**

Hardwood Ski and Bike is looking for a dynamic team member to be the friendly and knowledgeable greeter parking agent for weekends and special events for winter season. The hours for the position are weather dependent. We require you to dress warm as you will be outdoors during the winter season.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests and able to answer questions.
- Good knowledge of website for what Hardwood Ski and Bike has to offer
- Ability to give clear and concise directions to guest when checking in
- Wear a supplied high visibility vest at all times and adhere to safety requirements
- Assist as needed in other departments and communication with staff

**Required skills and abilities**:

- Excellent customer service skills and enjoys working with people
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional radio manner
- Attention to detail, a team mentality and a positive attitude
- Hardwood Trail knowledge considered an asset

This is a part - time position where **weekend availability is required.**
