**Job Title**:Sales Representative - Flower Import Company

**Location**:Dorval, QC

**Job Type**:Full-Time
**Salary**:Competitive, based on experience

**About Us**:
SOS Floral is a well-established flower importing company with over 12 years in the industry, supplying fresh flowers to clients across the region. Our fast-paced, hands-on environment requires energetic and motivated individuals who are ready to jump in and grow with us.

**Position Overview**:

- We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with a passion for flowers and strong multitasking abilities.
- This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, physically active, and ready to take on early mornings with a positive attitude.
- Key Responsibilities:Call existing clients to take and upsell ordersAssist and manage walk-in customer sales.
- Participate in early-morning shipment breakdowns, inventory counts, and order prepPack and prepare orders for pickups and deliveries.
- Support the delivery team with coordination and logisticsExport and manage inventory data using Excel.
- Send weekly product availability lists to clientsLearn and operate internal inventory/ordering system.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the flower or wholesale floral industry is a strong assetExcellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel requiredPhysically fit and able to lift boxes and stand for long periods.
- Must be comfortable with early start times (5:00 AM on Mondays & Thursdays; 6:30 AM other weekdays)
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak times
