**Minimum qualifications**: - 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management. - 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team. **Preferred qualifications**: - 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. - 6 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience. - 6 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience. - Experience in leading projects. About the job You will play a key role in deepening relationships in Canada, partnering with executive stakeholders to understand their talent needs and ensure Google's continued success in the market. Your expertise will also extend to utilizing data to inform your decisions and drive continuous improvement in the recruitment processes. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices. **Responsibilities**: - Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations. - Advocate and create an excellent experience, supporting assessment, evaluating skills, client needs, and driving the interview and offer process. - Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles. - Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience. - Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
