**The Role**

The Salesforce Administrator will support the business technology stack, meticulously managing and upholding Salesforce to ensure their utmost performance, availability, and security. This role entails the establishment and maintenance of seamless data integration amongst various business platforms, along with the conception and implementation of automated workflows to facilitate data synchronization.

Close collaboration with all internal teams and Revenue Operations will be maintained to comprehend their technical prerequisites, guaranteeing the triumphant execution of development initiatives. This encompasses multifaceted tasks such as the configuration of integrations, support in designing business processes, and 2nd to 3rd-tier support of our Salesforce CRM. In a continual effort to enhance operational efficiency and scalability, the Salesforce Administrator will support perpetual evaluation of system performance, identifying opportunities for refinement. Comprehensive documentation encompassing system configurations, processes, and exemplary practices will be meticulously upheld.

Furthermore, the Salesforce Administrator will forge a collaborative alliance with Revenue Operations data analysts to engineer comprehensive reporting solutions that amalgamate data from diverse platforms, fostering perceptive analytical scrutiny and the measurement of ROI.

**The Requirements**
- Certified Administrator (ADM201) And/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM221) preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ Years experience as a system administrator for Salesforce.
- Experience as an administrator for Salesloft, Gong, Gainsight, and/or Pardot (Account Engagement) or equivalent tool considered a strong asset.
- Proficient in Excel, comfortable cleaning and uploading data into various tools.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently as well as in a team.
