**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with artistic flair.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring freshness.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients; assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and storage.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in kitchen operations with experience in baking techniques.
- Knowledge of cake decorating methods is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices within the food industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- A background in customer service is beneficial for enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
