**Compensation**:
$20 - $25 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
- Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs
- Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards
- Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal
- Show homes to prospective tenants
- Provide access and preview homes
- Identify homes to show that meets tenant's criteria
- Schedule showings of homes with tenants
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with tenants and vendors
- Gather and answer tenant's questions about potential homes and local community information
- Provide tenants with pricing information
- Provide weekly reports
- Follow up with all new move in files within 2 business day
- Understand and perform all operations in conjunction with company policies
- Ensure move-in inspections are completed, and home is meets EP’s move in standards

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Valid Driver's license
- Vehicle

**Job Type / Category**

This is a full-time position, flexibility to make your own hours based on availability of potential tenants.

You must be available on weeknights and weekends. Some daytime hours as well.
