**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, train and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their professional development and aligning their efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead the long-term financial planning process, including forecasting financial performance, analyzing variances, and reevaluating strategies based on financial data.
- Take full responsibility for managing the company's P&L, ensuring the accuracy of financial forecasts and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Conduct complex financial analyses and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to support key executive decisions.
- Build financial models to match potential business case results to financial statements (P&L, FCF, etc.). Identify and review key drivers and assumptions. Work in partnership with the FP&A department's CAPEX team to optimize the company's investments to maximize financial impact.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including business cases, budgets, projections, and financial trends.
- Work closely with other departments (accounting, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure that financial goals are aligned with the overall goals of the company.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in FP&A processes to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- An academic background in finance or accounting combined with a CFA, CPA or MBA certification.
- More than 7 years of experience in financial analysis, including a minimum of 2 years in team management.
- Be recognized for your skills in financial analysis, modeling and reporting.
- A natural, unifying and visionary leader.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a results-oriented approach.
