Overview:
CarePartners is adding to our team, and we are looking for **an Administrative Assistant** to ensure effective customer service and communication skills. The Administrative Assistant is an integral part of our Southwest - Owen Sound daily operations.

**We have a great opportunity for a Full-Time position in the Owen Sound office**

**This position has an in-office requirement.**

**Hours of work are a schedule of defined shifts. Monday
- Friday typically 830am
- 4:30pm**

What The Role Involves:

- Act as the “face of the company” and greet customers and patients in a professional manner
- Conduct administrative duties for the team such as booking appointments, filing paperwork, and organizing office supplies
- Answer phone calls and inquiries and direct as appropriate
- Monitor office security, swipe cards and office supplies
- Coordinate office activities and troubleshoot administrative issues or challenges
- Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

- 1-2 years of office or customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft office, with proven skills in Word and Excel
- Keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multitasking skills and organizational skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, grow and be an integral member of the team
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the health care field an asset
- Clear Background Check
