**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team for a 15 month contract, supporting our Asset Management line of business.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of compelling go-to-market strategies and key responsibilities include the preparation and management of required marketing materials and contributing to the day-to-day function of the Asset Management marketing team.

**What your day looks like**:

- Support the execution of measurable and nimble go-to-market plans for the Asset Management business line in collaboration with a variety of team members and external agency partners
- Lead and manage smaller projects, delivering expected outcomes on time, and within scope
- Work with internal cross-functional teams to maintain accurate, regulatory-compliance, and timely content within marketing materials and sales enablement tools
- Effectively leverage a variety of platforms to communicate marketing updates to various internal and external target audiences
- Assist the marketing team to report on results and optimize plans to deliver value and achieve targeted KPIs and use key learnings to inform continuous improvement
- Form and foster relationships with internal colleagues to leverage existing resources in the execution of marketing projects
- Maintain process documentation where applicable and proactively identify gaps in process and propose solutions to improve efficiency
- Support annual webinar strategy, including promotion and registration set-up, event execution, and post-event CE credit management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, communication policies, procedures, and brand standards

**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications or similar)
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, including B2B or B2C marketing, advertising, branding, and sales enablement is required
- Experience within the investment management industry is preferred
- Experience working across multiple channels, in a B2B environment with multiple partners is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point is required
- Professionalism with a high degree of diplomacy, tact, and judgment is required
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction, but also collaboratively in a team environment is required
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task and set measurable objectives within defined timelines are required
- Self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment is required
- A customer-focused attitude with high performance standards is required
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
