**Responsibilities**
- Analyze monthly actuals of bookings, sales, and gross margin for assigned products. Ensure margins are traded consistent with targeted and achieved GM.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis vs forecast and budget.
- Monitor financial performance of long term contracts and associated Equivalent Annual Cost (EAC) Analysis.
- Analyze projects' cost variances and revenue variances.
- Support programs in preparation and validation of Contract Status Report.
- Provide external auditors with explanations of results as requested.
- Manage the preparation of monthly forecasts annual budget and strategic plan for Bookings, Sales, and Gross Margin in conjunction with the Business Controller and Product Directors.
- Provide support to Project Management Office (PMO) for all finance related issues and support the Director, Financial Reporting in special assignments as required.
- Improve and customize ERP financial reporting.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial product accounting/engineering environment or similar position.
- Experience in Long-Term Contract Accounting.
- CPA designation.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in a US GAAP / Sarbanes Oxley environment (asset).
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and time lines.
- Analytical, good team player and self-motivated person.
- Knowledge of Baan ERP and Essbase, an asset.
