**Job Summary**

**Requirements**:

- Heat pump service and maintenance experience
- Full Drivers license

**Duties**
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of pumps and pumping systems.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance on heat pumps and fan coils to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Build and assemble heat pumps and fan coil systems according to specifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot mechanical failures.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex issues.
- Execute ventilation system cleaning: dryer vents, bathroom fans, and HVAC ducts
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site at client locations.
- Available for emergency after hour calls.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a mechanic or technician, preferably in pump systems or HVAC.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read schematics.
- Experience in plumbing or appliance repair is a plus.
- Proficiency in welding techniques related to pump repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Work both independently and as part of a small mobile team across varied job sites.
- Accurately document work performed using mobile apps or tablets.
- Maintain a professional presence in client homes, condos, and properties.
