**Job Purpose**:
The Event Cook at the Ancaster Mill is responsible for the preparation of high-quality, delicious food in a thoughtful, consistent and timely manner. This individual has an eye for detail and plays a key role in surpassing guest expectations and providing incredible culinary experiences.

- You have some experience (two years minimum) in a professional kitchen, culinary students are welcome to apply.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper temperatures are used consistently through proper plating, timing, storage, and preparation
- Responsible for maintaining station throughout shift, working efficiently, and making cleanliness a priority
- Exhibit a positive optimism and upbeat personality toward guests, suppliers, vendors, and members of the FOH and BOH teams
