**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate brewing equipment to fabricate various types of beer, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor fermentation processes and make adjustments as necessary to achieve desired flavor profiles.
- Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the brewing process to ensure product consistency.
- Package finished products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues with brewing equipment.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating batch sizes.
- Operate forklifts for moving raw materials and finished products as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food processing is preferred.
- Familiarity with brewing processes and equipment is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Understanding of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.

Pay: $17.41-$27.17 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
