**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate brewing equipment to produce beer, including mashing, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging.
- Sanitate all brewing equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
- Monitor fermentation processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
- Package finished products efficiently while adhering to labeling and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during production.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, including ingredients used, batch numbers, and quality control measures.
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed to ensure optimal operation of brewing machinery.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating batch sizes.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or food processing is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain brewing equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for moving materials around the facility.
- Ability to follow strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- A passion for brewing and eagerness to learn about new techniques and processes.

Pay: $17.58-$27.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
