Our team consists of experts in program management and design, marketing, customer service, energy evaluations and building retrofits.
**Job Type: Full Time, 6-Month Contract**
**Reports to: Manager, Audits & Quality Assurance and to the Senior **Quality Assurance Analyst**
**Department Summary**:
The Quality Assurance and Compliance Department review all program files for quality and accuracy. We ensure that customer paperwork is completed correctly, track measures that clients receive, and complete final checks for invoicing purposes. **Primary Responsibilities**:
Data Management
- Meet daily file processing quota consistently.
- Meet all quality and accuracy standards as written within training documents.
- Follow all schedule and Utility requirements as outlined within the training documents.
- General data management, as requested and required.
Administration
- Complete all written customer communications in a timely manner, including approval and rejection letters for residential CDM portfolio.
- Completion of all high-level documentation pulls for large utility Quality Assurance check.
- Communicate with different group and customers with regards to file issues and resolutions.
- Assist in invoice reviews and physical file submissions from contactors Pre-invoicing check.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Manager, Quality Assurance & Compliance and to the Supervisor - Quality Assurance.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience.
- 2 years administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge with an emphasis on Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent Problem Solver and Multi-Tasker.
- Works well in groups and independently.
