We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, Corporate Actions to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in **Toronto, Canada - Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day in the office per week)**

**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:

- Serves as a lead in supporting the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody processing, processing announcements, and reviewing reconciliations of client holdings versus agent holdings to ensure accurate corporate actions transaction processing.
- Assists in communicating needs and issues internally with operating areas and externally with clients.
- Supports and completes client inquiries and requests.
- Audits event files for all relevant documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
- Identifies, investigates and resolves escalated and/or complex problems in client accounts or company records.

**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:

- High School/ Secondary school or the equivalent combination/experience is required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Financial Services processing / corporate actions experience preferred
