**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a highly professional manner.
- Schedule appointments.
- Treatment follow-up and managing basic/major/orthodontic preauthorizations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Capable of precise data entry, receiving payments, completing financial reports, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bringing a positive energy with a solution-oriented mindset.
- **Minimum of one year in a dental administrative role is mandatory**.
- Proficiency with ClearDent is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- An individual who is a team player and can also take initiative.
