ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in Olds, AB, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician. We are growing and this is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Journeyman ticket or equivalent experience such as HD mechanic, millwright, hydraulic technician, etc.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
- Demonstrated diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, component exchange, repair, and warranty related activities
- Engine and chassis experience an asset
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to communicate detailed and complex information to both internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Leadership and coaching skills are considered an asset
- Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
- Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Think and react to changing conditions as needed
- Flexible to accommodate varying shift times and schedules if necessary
- Physically fit
- Ability to travel and be out in the field to fulfill customer needs. Travel may be significant at times, depending on customer needs
- Self-motivated with the ability to work alone, unsupervised for extended periods of time
- Fully proficient with computers and Microsoft Office suite

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Customer Service Manager to assist in creating and implementing field service capabilities for this newer position
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mixer equipment and components including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems, etc. to assist customers in resolving mixer related issues
- Repair, and or service equipment components / systems in the field as required
- Test repaired or newly installed equipment for proper performance
- Interpret workorders, drawings and complete all service documentation accurately
- Effectively communicate with the customers and Customer Service Manager to address status of field repairs, and any quality, warranty, and or any service-related issues that may arise while in the field
- Accurate and timely submission of reports and technical documents including service reports
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in accordance with company policy
- Demonstrate a continuous effort to improve customer service experience, operations, and streamline work related processes
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks when and where required
- Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
