We offer a “promote from within culture”, training, solid pay plans, benefits and perks including employee incentives on vehicle purchases, parts and service. - Have experience as a Pre-Owned Manager in a dealership setting - Possess a valid OMVIC license and a clean driver's abstract - Want to be part of the "new era" of analytical leadership and empowerment **Responsibilities**: - Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Pre-Owned Sales Department - Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times - Desk pre-owned vehicle sales deals - Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of pre-owned vehicles for delivery - Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs - Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs - Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings - Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed **Qualifications**: - Strong leadership abilities - Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions - A passion for customer service - Positive Can-do Attitude - Experience in auto sales management preferred - Two (2) years of management experience - Toyota and/or Japanese import experience is an asset - Valid Ontario Driver’s License - Valid OMVIC License required **COVID-19 Protocols to Keep You safe** - Remote interview process available - Personal protective equipment provided or required - Temperature screenings - Physical distancing guidelines in place - Virtual meetings - Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place If you are searching for an opportunity to grow your career while adding value to our team, then this role is for you.
