**General Accountabilities**:

- Performing data entry and data analysis for resource management and project tracking by utilizing a resource planning tool. Tasks include updating project data, maintaining staffing assignments
- Assist in the preparation of monthly scorecards and reporting. Includes data gathering, analysis, and follow-up with stakeholders, etc.
- Assist in and/or facilitating month-end manager meetings, including taking actions and screen-sharing presentations
- Utilize existing financial and management systems to analyze information to produce a variety of business information such as KPIs, scorecards, management reports, cost trends, performance reports, monthly cost reports and dashboard reports.
- Create reports and dashboards from the resource planning tool. Includes extraction of data, validating data integrity and troubleshooting system behavior.
- Provide technical support to end users of the resource planning tool (Line of Business Managers).
- Support Line of Business Managers in assignment and allocation of resources.
- Develop and maintain detailed guidelines, process charts and job aids for approved business processes.
- Participate in lesson learnt initiatives in order to drive efficiency and productivity improvements in the Capital Project Delivery division.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and report generation as required. - Perform other duties as required.
**Selection Criteria**:

- Requires excellent knowledge of computer technology for the compilation of reports and retrieval and extraction of data.
- Requires relevant and demonstrable reporting, analysis and process improvement experience.
- Requires strong working knowledge of SAP (PS/IM), SharePoint, MS Office (Visio/Excel/Word/PowerPoint), BI, etc.
- Requires excellent knowledge of English to communicate effectively with others, to prepare presentations and technical reports.
- Requires extensive and demonstrable experience in project tracking and reporting.
- Requires extensive and demonstrable experience with monthly scorecard reporting.
- Requires excellent business writing and verbal communication skills to effectively develop and present detailed analysis and reports
- Requires experience with working effectively in fast paced team settings.
- Requires the ability to work well under pressure and with tight timelines.
- Requires the ability to effectively facilitate cross functional teams.
