We are seeking warm, thoughtful, and conscientious Behaviour Interventionists and BCaBAs to join our growing team. We provide in-home behaviour therapy services across the lower mainland. Our practice is underpinned by the values of safety, dignity, joy, and collaboration, with the goal of helping individuals build skills that support a joyful, meaningful, and resilient life.

This is a contractor position that provides flexibility to set your own days and hours, with the opportunity to expand your caseload over time. Successful applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle to travel to client homes.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement engaging, individualized behaviour therapy sessions based on client goals
- Maintain a supportive and positive learning environment for children and families
- Collaborate with supervisors to review progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Track client progress, document session notes, and prepare input for monthly reports
- Support families in using strategies at home and promoting skill development

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with diverse needs
- Training or certification in behaviour therapy (BCaBA, RBT, or equivalent experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel to client homes within your designated service area
