**Responsibilities**
- Complete exterior finishing including installing panel and lap siding, soffits, flashing, rain screen and peel n stick;
- Perform a range of construction related tasks as assigned;
- Assist in various construction labour activities maintaining quality control;
- Assist with construction site clean-up;
- Assist subtrades when needed and as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in construction, with various hand and power tools is required;
- Previous carpentry and siding installation experience is required;
- Previous experience installing Hardie Panel and plank is an asset;
- Ability to work comfortably and safely from heights is required;
- First Aid, Aerial Platform and Fall Arrest training are assets;
- Takes safety seriously and is mindful of surroundings;
- Required to wear all PPE appropriately
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team environment;
- Desire to search out opportunities to learn new things;
- Considers quality and accomplishes tasks with an eye on the finished product;
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required;
- Ability to perform physical labour while working from significant heights on ladders and aerial work platforms.
