As we continue to grow in the Central Vancouver Island area, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring multiple positions including an experienced Carpenter.

This individual will play a role in a variety of construction projects. They will have expertise in forming with insulated concrete forms (ICF), framing and exterior finishing. They will use their advanced skills and knowledge to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading and supervising carpentry crew
- Collaborating with project management team to coordinate workflow and manage any challenges that arise during construction
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site
- Following safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry standard practices
- Forming footings, ICF walls, framing and siding installation
- Working with concrete forms
- Framing and window installation
- Building envelopes (air barriers, weather barriers and vapour barriers)
- Exterior finishing (siding, trim, soffit)
- Strong technical skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and layouts
- Excellent communication and leadership style
- Effective in coordinating and supervising construction crew
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Driven to meet and exceed client expectations

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required. Jobsites stretch across Vancouver Island, from Duncan to Qualicum Beach.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
