A1 Tree Service is an expanding, medium sized tree service company in Calgary.

The duties of this position include:

- Generating new leads for sales
- Managing the records of the daily activities of the company.
- Working with the owner to execute daily tasks as they arise
- Collections of unpaid invoices
- Payroll duties
- Keeping the office clean and tidy
- Some marketing and field support when required
- Running errands when required
- Dispatching crews when required, monitoring crews and activities

This is a full-time position.

Hours are 8 am - 5 pm daily with 1 hour lunch break. Hours may fluctuate and extend beyond 5 pm during peak season.

Pay ranges from $23.50 - $35.00 per hour, however may be negotiable, depending upon experience and qualifications. Gas money is provided for errands etc.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers License and vehicle REQUIRED.
- Post secondary education preferred, preferably in business or sales, or equivale3nt experience
- Good phone manners, presentable appearance
- Knowledge of the city
- Positive attitude

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
