**Processes**:

- Work closely with the sales team to maximize finance and product sales profitability.
- Engage in meetings with the management team for collaboration and review.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vehicles and finance offerings.
- Regular goal setting objectives to measure success and direct results.
- Negotiate with lenders to obtain competitive interst rates and financing programs.
- Maintain good working relationships with our vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations affectiing the automotive industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid G Drivers License**:

- **Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills**:

- **OMVIC License (Can be obtained before start date)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$135,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
