Reporting to the Brand Manager - Canada, you will Support the execution of the Defender, Discovery & Jaguar product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Canadian market.
**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here’s what to expect:
- Act a key member in optimization and implementation of the product/accessory strategy, and roadmap for the Canada, working with the Global House of Brands to bring the brand direction to life
- Act as voice of the market and client to the Global House of Brands to share best practice and knowledge, and to inform global strategies
- Data creation and analytics to enable strategic development of Canadian inputs to UK
- Attend / Represent the region at multiple cross departmental forums to influence business decisions that optimize our profitability (Launch Gateway timings, Product Reveal deliverables, vehicles optimized for region)
- Deliver data reports to justify business decisions for product improvements that contribute to vehicle “Whole Life Plan” management.
- Monitor and act upon commercial and brand equity performance data including sales, share, customer service metrics, awareness, loyalty, etc.
- Use luxury automotive segment trends for key competitors (new launches, technology, retails, MSRP, transaction price, loyalty and economic outlook, etc.) to drive business decision making.
- Collaborate with other cross functional teams such as detailed in Key Interfaces section to ensure end-to-end performance for the brand
- Perform other duties as required
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience;
- Minimum 3 years experience related to the role
- Experience with automotive OEM / Industry
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication and organizational skills

- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors.
