- **Position Overview**:_ We are seeking motivated and dependable Snow Removal Route Captains and Side Walk Crew members to join our team for the remaining season. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a strong work ethic, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
- Operate and drive trucks to sites with various equipment including truck with plow, truck with plow salter combo, truck with ramprack, truck and trailer, gas powered equipment, shovels and other snow removal equipment
- **Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events.**:

- Maintain equipment and report any issues to management.
- **Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.**:

- Communicate effectively with management, supervisors and fellow team members
- Remove snow from walkways and laneways
- Maintain sites assigned to you to prevent slipping hazards or ice accumulation Supervision of Side Walk Crew assigned to you
- A willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the clients and publics
- Safety on the sites you are responsible for by taking pride in your work
- Supervising small team of 1-3 crew members
- **Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is an asset**:

- Must have a Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- **Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding** tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- On call for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- **Side Walk Crew**:_
